The Sierra Vista Rotary Club proudly presents the annual 4th of July Celebration in Sierra Vista. As a military town, Sierra Vista is very patriotic. The Rotary Club works together with Ft. Huachuca and the City of Sierra Vista to make the event unlike any you'll see anywhere.
The ground show and aerial show are during the fireworks are breathtaking. The best place to see this display is the Stone Sports Complex behind the Sierra Vista Police Department.
The fireworks begin at dusk, so sure to show up with your friends and family to secure your spot on the ball fields early for the best experience. While you'll be able to see the aerial fireworks display from anywhere in Sierra Vista, don't miss the up-close experience.
The Waterfall, which is the highlight of the ground show, can only be seen from the Stone Sports Complex. This dramatic show of light always brings cheers from the crowd.
Begin to Celebrate on July 3rd
You don't have to wait until the 4th of July to start the fun. The celebration begins on July 3rd with a free concert with Heartbeat, The Band at 7pm.
The concert will be presented by San Pedro Kiwanis in Veterans Memorial Park in Sierra Vista. There will be refreshments, food, beer, and wine for purchase.
The Pets and People Promenade on July 4th
Set your alarm and get your pets ready, because at 7am on July 4th, don't miss the annual Pets and People Promenade, brought to Sierra Vista each year by New Frontier Animal Medical Center.
This event is suitable for people and pets of all ages. Attendees dress in costume with their dogs, turtles, cows, sheep, goats, horses and basically any well-behaved animal you have.
Leashes and well-ventilated cages are recommended. Be sure to pack extra water for you and your pets. The Promenade takes place at Ramada #1 in Veterans Park and Grady Butler will be the host.

Live Entertainment
The fun continues throughout the day with live entertainment on the Centennial Pavilion stage beginning at 9am.
See the annual Salute to the Union, plus they'll have cannons, a flag ceremony and no matter where you are in Cochise County, you'll experience the F-16 flyover.
From 11:30 on, there will be vendors, refreshments, food, beer, and wine, and music to keep you entertained all day long. See Branden Sanchez, the Sierra Vista Community Band and Desert Fever.
