From midwesterners to Californians, we see some strange drivers in Arizona. But this bad driving habit has "California" written all over it.

License plates aren't exactly something you think about often. At worst, you'll have to pull the numbers from another car if they're driving recklessly, but 90% of the time, these metal identifiers go unnoticed.

On the back of every car here in the United States of America, rests a license plate. They vary based on state, with some being more colorful and designed than others (I'm looking at you California). Every state has different rules for how these plates must be displayed, and Arizona has a very odd requirement.

As identifiers of your personal vehicle, obviously license plates are not to be taken lightly. Even in their expiration, they can be used to commit identity fraud amongst other crimes.

One of these states ranks as the worst state for road rage.
