When it comes to classic, authentic Mexican food, Sierra Vistans knows La Casita Mexican Restaurant and Cantina is the place. We take visiting friends and family and return again and again.

It was no surprise this local restaurant was mentioned over and over, and it seems La Casita's enchiladas are a local favorite.

Mandy recommends the Mexican Pizza with green chiles, and the cheese enchilada with green sauce, and couldn't say enough about the chips and salsa.

Lanna jumped in and said she was all about La Casita's Chicken Chimichanga, enchilada style. Add some green sauce, and she's in heaven.

Rhonda orders the carne machaca chimichangas, with extra cheese. She also recommends the red chile burrito.

Indochine Family Restaurant

The Indochine website proclaims, "Mouth-watering, authentic Vietnamese Cuisine". If I'm being honest, I completely agree. And so do Sierra Vistans. Debra enjoys the phở, the Shrimp and Lotus Salad, and the Lemongrass Beef.

Mollie says she is a fan of both the Chicken phở and the Beef phở, plus she loves to share the Winter Rolls. Robin says just order lemongrass anything at Indochine!

Other Favorite Restaurants in Cochise County

Another favorite local restaurant in Cochise County is the Kountry Kafe in Elfrida. It's a bit of a drive from most of Cochise County, but Daniella said they make great burgers from fresh patties, plus they make delicious fish.
