A few weeks ago, I took a peek at the new line of barbecues at the hardware store. It seems some of the new models come with a built-in air fryer, now and a griddle, so possibilities in outdoor cooking are growing.

Beat the Heat!

As the thermometer begins its summer climb, the idea of cooking outside more than inside is beginning to live rent-free in my head. Here are the top 5 tips for cooking in Arizona's scorching summer heat.

Cooking Outside to Beat the Summer Heat

First, cook outdoors whenever possible. You may not have a full kitchen outside, like the one I've been fantasizing about, but even if you have a small hibachi, you can make a delicious meal without heating up your house.
